REGISTRATION:

Register here for conference, preconference workshops, and event attendance

DATES:

  • Wednesday, May 10 (full day), Thursday, May 11 (full day), and Friday, May 12, 2023 (half day)

  • Registration opens Friday, March 17th, 2023

  • Early Bird ends on Monday, April 17th, 2023

  • Regular Registration ends on Friday, April 28th, 2023

  • Conference Hotel Price ends on Sunday, April 9th, 2023

  • Late Registration ends on Friday, May 5th, 2023

  • Onsite Registration is the same as the One-Day Registration rates.

Augustus B. Turnbull III Florida State Conference Center, 555 W. Pensacola Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32306-1640

How to Get Here: The Turnbull Center is an 8 minute walk (less than half a mile) from the hotel. Parking is available at the St. Augustine Parking Garage located adjacent to the Conference Center from (Wednesday, May 10 from 8AM - 5PM - Friday, May 12 from 8AM - 1PM.) The direct entrance to the Conference Center is located on the fourth floor of the parking garage. Please contact the Planning Committee with any accessibility needs or accommodations.

  • Walk-in registrations at the conference will pay the One Day rates for each day of attendance. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A fee of $20 will be included if cancellation received by April 13, 2023. After April 13, there is a 50% charge for cancellations.

    Date: Thursday, May 11th
    Reception Time: 5:30 - 7:00 pm
    Tour of Smokey Hollow Commemorative site (groups of 10): 4:30 - 5:30 pm
  • Tour of the State Archives of Florida
    Date & Time: Friday, May 12th from 1:30 - 2:15 pm & 2:30 - 3:15 pm

  • Speed Networking/Musical Chairs Luncheon

  • Date & Time: Thursday, May 11th at 12 pm

PRECONFERENCE WORKSHOPS:

40th ANNIVERSARY T-SHIRTS AND BAGS

                

  • T-shirts ($15 - sizes XS, S, M, L, XL) and tote bags ($20) are available for pre-order through the Annual Meeting registration page or by filling out this form. Merchandise proceeds will benefit the Judith Beale Scholarship Fund. Limited quantities will be available at the conference and payment is due at pickup.
